M7324 buttons not responding 1

Our M7324 will not respond to any buttons. I tried to even go into features but can't because that button doesn't respond either. I tried unplugging phone a few minutes and seeing if it would reset but that didn't help. Anyone with any suggestions???

Sounds like you have a button stuck down somewhere

Simple answer...and the correct one. I really feel stupid now. I thought I had tried that but guess I missed the keys below the display. Thanks for the quick reply.
