M7310 won't un-mute

Try disabling (under maint section) the ports to the affected sets for 5-10 minutes. Then re enable the ports and test the sets.
If that fails, try to relocate the sets to different unused ports on the sytem ( with set relocate off ) and reprogram the extentions again.
If these two suggestions don't resolve the problem, then try ( with set relocate off ) a different M7310 on the system that you know work and doesn't replicate this problem to see if maybe the sets that are doing it are defective and need to be replaced.
