M7310 Parts Required

I have 3 ASH M7310 Sets and 1 GREY M7310 set which are missing the reversable snap-on piece on the bottom. (To change from Desk to Wall mounted.

Also, looking for the factory-printed buttons for Line 1, Line 2 & Line 3.

Any idea where I can find/purchase these?
