M7310 Buttons won't work.

Strange problem with a phone on my Norstar MICS. Phone can receive calls and has dial tone when handset is taken off hook. But all buttons don't work. Checked to see if it was locked and it isn't. Swapped phone with another set, still doesn't work. Tried copying over known good set to bad one, still nothing. Even rebooted system, no joy. Any ideas are appreciated.

When you swapped out the phone did you use a different line cord to. If not swap the line cord, and try it.

Yeah. I swapped the line also. Ended up being something weird with the port. Connected to another port, reprogrammed and it works fine now. Still don't know what's wrong with the port.

On the port issue did you try to disable and renable the port under maintenance. Sometimes that helps on funny ports.

Common problem on M series phones:

look closely at the buttons you will see one is probably stuck down (usually a corner). The phone will appear to function but no buttons work.
