M7100 Speakerphone Handsfree work in one direction

Customer tried to use the VOICE CALL F66 to a M7100. the person at the handset could hear them but then when they spoke back they could not be heard. This is happening on all 4 M7100s. I have checked to make sure that the AUTO Handsfree option on on. They rest of the larger sets work just fine.

There is HF answer back on M7100 or T7100.

I'm sure allworxguy meant that there is no handsfree answerback on 7100 sets.

That's because these sets don't have a built-in microphone.

7100 sets aren't speaker phones, kinda self explanatory why voice call wouldn't work.

M7100's are meant for courtesy, drivers, hallways etc where hands free is not needed.

If a normal user was given an M7100 then that is just wrong.

And if you are on BCM:

Watch out for the i2001 and 1110 IP sets....but strangely enough, along with all of the extra plastic exterior, HF is offered on the 1210 sets.....
