M5216 ACD Phone & DQT key

I have a user who wants to know if the DQT key on the M5216 will flash when there are calls waiting in queue and stop when there are no calls in queue?

what is the setting in the queue to make this happen?

Actually I believe it just lights when you have calls in QUE
