M515 & Xircom Wireless Lan Module

I've searched left and right, and have found simular questions posted at various sites, but have yet to find a solution.

When I connet my palm to the Xircom sled I get the following message:

"The software for the Xircom Wireless LAN Module Cannot be read from the module"

Both the palm and the sled have been fully charged.

I have found indications that the 500 series don't load the drivers automatically so at this time I don't believe it's a defective sled.

Anyone happen to know what's going on and how to fix it?
