M490E 28 volts low problem.....

I'm getting a 28 volt low error. Any ideas? What runs off of the 28 volt circuit? I know the take up and supply motors do. But is there anything else? I've replaced the supply and motor card. Error doesn't change. I've unplugged all the other motors, and error still doesn't change. Any suggestions?

It's OK now. Found one of the motors blowing the 28v fuse on the power card.
