m4 config sendmail.cf help

does anyone want to do me a hughe favour and just make me a sendmail.cf using M4 i cant figure it out. I just need the file to have one feature added.
MASQUERADE_AS(`smartcard.com.au')
Thats all i need. I am rubbing solaris 8. Can anyone do me this favour?????

I can do it if you copy and pasted your sendmail.mc here then give me an address I can send it to. It isn't hard to do it yourself if you have the m4 compiler installed. You just need to edit sendmail.mc and let m4 compile it to create a new sendmail.cf. The command would look like this:

m4 /etc/mail/sendmail.mc > /etc/mail/sendmail.cf

Look to see where these 2 files are first, then use that path. They are different on some distros.

Thankyou for your offer RythmAce, the thing is im using Sendmail that comes with solaris 8. In /etc/mail there is no sendmail.mc there is only sendmail.cf. Its confusing the hell out of me!? Is there any other way i can get around this??

look in /usr/share/sendmail-cf/cf/ and see if you have a bunch of .mc files in there. If you do, pick the one that looks like it will work for you. The name should tell ya something. Copy your choice to /etc/mail/ and make a backup copy. Edit with your favorite editor then do the m4 thing.
