M3905 w/kba or dba? and how do get the Directory?

I have 3905's in an ACD group and want to program the Directory but can't find the right prompts. Also we are on 25.15. What are the limitations of this phone? ie.. set to set messaging and how do I set it up or will it even work on my rls. Also which is best to go with the Display base adaptor or the key base and what does it require to make them work. Thank you for the help,
