M3905 voice very sensitive

Hi people, does anyone know of faults with the M3905 voice sensitivity? When working with new Plantronics headset the voice quality is bad, this is also work from a Nortel 9150/Home Office 2..

Please Help!!

I've noticed the same issue, you can only increase the complete PBX volume to solve this...
