M3905: sometimes call alert (ring or light) doesn't work

Hi all,

lately on several M3905 phones on call arrival
neither the external ringtone or call indicator light works.
(the CIL is activated in the phone menu).

we use handsets, but for test purposes, i've tryed to connect a headset with the "headset port ext alerter" option activated and it works that way.

any ideas of what is causing this behaviour ?

I'm guessing since they are M3905 models that they're ACD? Have you got Call Force call presentation turned on for any agents?
