M3905 Firmware

Hi.

we currenly have M3095 sets running the following firmware:

core 19.8 flash 8.7 T0 L2.7.

We have noticed that following an upgrade from release 25.x to Succession 4, that these sets can be logged in (with symposium ID) without a headset plugged in.

An upgrade to flash 8.9 P0 L2.8 has been rolled out to a couple of extensions and this has resolved this,

The question is, some agents have complained that their extension hasn't logged out when they disconnected the headset. (I know they should ensure to use the make busy/ logout method). Has anyone come across this, as I cannot replicate that fault.

TYPE: ACD
CUST: 0
ACDN: xxxx
....
HOML: YES (this will log out agents when disconnecting headset)
....

Have you ever seen it where it doesn't log the agent out though?

If the HOML prompt is set to NO it doesn't log out the agent.

I've seen the HOML one too.

If you are using Amplified headsets. The disconnection doesn't provide the QD (Quick Disconnect)as the set tends to view the amplifier as a headset and the set stays logged in.
