Sorry if i'm not in a good section, but there's my problem... I have couple of M3904 set and the softkey "more..." for access to all functions was not present.

The softkeys are context sensitive - where were you and where were you trying to get to when you noticed the problem?

Also, save some time by pasting the TNB of one of the problem phones here.
