A user put in a trouble ticket about their M3904 phone suddenly no longer logging missed calls. It shows how many missed calls on the screen, but when you go into the callers list it shows 0 zero calls in the log. It still logs outbound calls fine. There have been no changes to the TN in years (CNDA and DNDA are still alive and well). I replaced the set and the new set works fine. I tried a firmware upgrade from version 092 to 094 on the set in question (our CS1K is on version 7.6) with no change. The problem seems to be with the set itself as it has the same problem on the 2 other TNs I use for testing. Any idea how to reset this in the phone? The phone is in great shape otherwise, I'd hate to spend $200 on a new one if I don't have to, times are tough, haha!
