M3904 Question

We are using Option 61C release 25. I have a user with a newly installed M3904 phone that shows 18 new callers on his display. When he presses the callers key it asks for a password but we never programmed a password for it. It will not let him view the list of callers without the password. He's tried his voicemail password and still no luck. Any helpful suggestions?
