I have a bunch of operators at a location and only 1 of them is allowed to have full dial out access on her M3904 the MGR. When she leaves at night in order for the other operators not to use her phone she unplugs it and puts it in her desk and locks it up. Great fix but it always causes a message when she unplugs it and plugs back in:
ERR080 68 0 7 14 250
ERR080 68 0 7 14 127
ERR080 68 0 7 14 57
ERR057 68 0 7 14 8000C17E
ERR118 68 0 7 14
Then after a few weeks her display dies and we need to replace the phone. Is there any way to "shut down" the phone by a Key + password. I know ACD is one way but is there another way?

There is a feature called Scheduled Access restriction. It allows you to change the NCOS and other feature of a phone by time of day. I have used it before in Schools, works great.
