M3904 Key Programming

Any help on this would be great- I have a M3904 and the user wants the phone programmed with all features possible. Right now the user has 2 DN's on the main screen and the shift screen only has 5 DN Appearances so he can watch his staff and their activity.

any suggestions?
The switch is an Option 11, Mer Mail.

Auto Dials are not going to be an option.

couple of keys people love but never use are the one that show whos on a conf, and the one that rls's just one person. call park is another never used key. icm keys fill space and a few hot d for ring downs, you should be able to fill up a 04 with those, i hope this whistle and bell person has bfs keys, not just scn's to monitor. then he can forward peoples phone to him when he calls them in to talk to them, always a winner so the boss can answer your 12 personel calls while he talks to you about your production..
