Hopefully, this is easy for you guys. Our service desk phone is not hunting to key 1 when it is busy.
Hunting is allowed and last hunt key is 1. When you call, it doesn't roll to key 1, just a busy signal so it's not even going
to voice mail which is not good. I compared the set to my own which is also a 3904 and it is identical. When
I'm on my phone though, incoming calls will roll up and then to voice mail. Any ideas?

Make sure your Key 0 and Key 1 is Marped on that TN. Post a print out of your phone.

Thanks for jogging my memory. The MARP was incorrect. I may have caused this inadvertently without knowing a little while back
when I made a slight change. There are a few sets with the service desk appearance on it and I may have pushed the MARP
to another set when I did that change. Appreciate the quick response. : )
