Is it possible to place a call with a M3904 using the headset (press headset button) and another agent can listen with the normal phone receiver at the same time?

YOU NEED TO GET A HEADSET THAT HAS TWO CONNECTORS FOR MONITORING, THERE IS ONLY ONE HOOK SWITCH ON A PHONE THEREFOR YOU WONT BE ABLE TO DO THIS THE WAY YOU HAVE IT
