My customer installed a m3904 at his desk. I changed the set type, but I can't get button 16 (MWK) to work. I remember a few years ago installed a switch with all 3000 series sets. I had to install some patches and do a firmware download to the sets. Does anyone know where the firmware download is(The load)? Thanks!
