There is a number used in one of our offices as a sort of back line, just a non-DID extension that is on the 5 phones in there, that refuses to go to voicemail or roll over to another line.
If someone calls in to that number it rings and rings until someone picks up or the caller gives up. All 5 sets are set to FDN and Hunt to the correct voicemail extension. FNA is set on all phones as well.

Any ideas?

I can print out the TN's of all the phones if necessary.

Ghange the LHK to equal the key # of that DN on the set that has the MARP

Thank you, this worked for a while. However, I have taken the DN off of the phones it was originally on and moved it to 4 others instead. Now, even with the LHK set to the correct key of the MARP, it rings busy again when a second person calls in.

Any ideas?

Suggestion.......
You can add the ext in question as a secondary DN in the voicemail profile of all the sets. Also, you may try building a 500 set as the same ext and using marp to go to voice mail. Analogs take presedence in this config.
