I have an M3904 phone from an employee that has left the company. When attempting to use the Directory/Log key it requests a password. I have gone into LD 32 and executed the CPWD command to clear the directory password, but it does not tell me what the default password is once it is cleared. I have tried 0000, 1234, the set's extension number, 11 plus the extension number and a million (slightly exagerated) other combos. I know the answer has to be simple, but I do not know what it is. Can anyone tell me?

TRY- CPWD 1234567890 RETURN
THEN LOG IN WITH THAT AND CHANGE IT OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

I tried that but the switch won't allow it. I also tried just a few digits (1234) and it does not like that either. Any other ideas?

LD 32
CPWD L S C U

The password will be 12345678.

That did the trick! Thank-you very much jjmcc2!
