does anyone happen to know if the M3900 set's rls. has anything to do with how many digits I can program in a directory entry? At one of my sites where we recently upgraded to 25.40 and installed M3904 sets I can program 1+5 plus a fourteen-digit charge code, then # then 9+1 and the ten-digit phone number (total of 29 characters) but at another office that we opened about three years ago I cannot input that many digits. The amount of digits allowed for charge codes is correct in the CDB. This has something to do with how many actual digits the directory entry can hold. Please let me know your thoughts. Thank you.
