M3903 MAKE SET BUSY Softkey programing

Hi,

I have a user with a M3903 phone model who said he used to have a "MakeSetBusy" button programmed as one of his softkeys (first on the right).

I have learned how to program Keys 1-4 as MSB but don't know how to program the softkeys.

Help!
