Hi I'm wondering if the M3903 is capable of full duplex. I have the accessory connection module, the full duplex adapter, and the power adapter.

But the full duplex adapter does not fit in the phone stand due to differing grooves. Clearly that is for a reason, so I don't want to force it or switch stands with the M3904. But I did read there were some phase differences between models.

The M3904 has the right grooves in the stand, but I am not knowledgeable enough . . . yet, to give the commands to switch phone types from M3903 to M3904.

Any advice or Been There, Done That tips would be appreciated!

We had a similar problem, and we simply put a grinder to the task to make it fit.

I suspect somewhere along the line, someone redesigned one of the components. Another testament to the inferior design of the M390x series phones.

Only a 3904 Phase 3 set is full-duplex capable. There is a hardware component required for FD functionality, so you can't flash an earlier release set, or use the 3903 set for FD.
