M3903 - failures

Yet another LCD failure. Is anyone else experiencing excessive failures (10-15% per year)? Or is this par for the course?

Not had that many failures. When I install new systems, I might have 1 in 200 not working correctly. As replacement under maintenance, that failure rates seems excessive

I used to have a lot of problems with the M3900 series phones disabling and being generally a pain. I found out that we didn't have the correct firmware in the switch for them. Be forewarned, it takes forever to download the firmware to the phones once you get it on the switch, 15 minutes per phone on the average.

Right, I think it's your M3903 phone firmware not match with switch software release , check with your vendor.
