Someone left their M3903 phone unplugged overnight. Now they don't have dial-tone. I recall someone telling me that if a phone is unplugged for more than so many minutes/hours, that the Option 11C will "disable" the port. Does anyone know how to re-enable it?

Also, for someone starting out with an Option 11C, are their any good resources - besides here of course - for learning how to administer/program the Option 11C? I used to program a Lucent/Avaya G3 and liked it a lot better than than this switch.

Thanks,
Jeff
