Hi all, Long time lurker, first time poster.

I administer an old Nortel Meridian modular ICS system running software SP 30nCG20. We have several M7310, T7100 and M7100 phones. We have acquired several M3903's from another source, for free, however they will not power on, let alone sync up with our system.

A few questions on trying to get the new units online:
-Is it even possible to use M3903's on this system?
-Current phone wiring throughout the building is just one pair to each handset, is that adequate for the M3903's?
-Is there a software version that will allow the M3903's to work?

Thanks!

These M3900 phones will only work on the larger Meridian One/CS1000/CS2100 PBX systems. I will admit I think that this lack of interoperability was always a flaw of Nortel.

Thanks for the responses. Oh well, it was worth a shot.
