M3903 Caller List Password 1

I have a new user at a station, and I am looking to clear the password prompt on that m3903 phone. Any suggestions? I tried cpwd (tn) in LD 32 and it is still asking for a password.

This is my first day at this site and it is great. Tons of great knowledge.

So you are saying go to the phone and use this password, then once inside, clear the password prompt? Is there any way to do it on the switch? Thanks

the ld 32 command resets the password. Sometimes I think it clears it and sometimes it defaults it to 12345678.
