M3903 Auto Pickup

Hello,

I have an option 11c switch. I have 6 phones on a pickup group; 4x3904s 2x3903s. The users of the 3903s currently have to pickup their handset then hit the pickup button to answer the call. They would like it to autopickup when they pickup the handset. I'm pretty sure there is a CLS entry for this but I'm not sure what it is?

Any help is appreciated.

Not to pick up a line ringing on another phone. There's no CLS that does that.

You could "trick" the system, but it would change other functions on the phone:

Set KEY 00 to HOT D (add Call Pickup FFC here)

I just needed it to bypass hitting the "pickup" key on the display.

I see that. My method does just that, but you lose your KEY 00

The only other way is just add the numbers to each phone.
