m3903 acd postion 1

Hi,

Most of our admin staff use the M3903's and we would like them to be able to login and take calls for overflow from the contact centre. I have setup an ACD position on however when i try to login the button doesnt respond anything.

any suggestions?

No havent tried that but i have plugged a headset in! i will try lifting the handset!

Nope that hasnt worked, the phone is definitely aquired by Symposium as well....

Phone has the Not Ready Key and Make Busy Key programmed.

put a headset in the headset jack.

M3903 does not support acd..you can program a m3903 but it will create WEIRD thing.
