Can someone tell me if the M3903 and M3904 phones (on the Option 11C) take a straight or reversed line cord please? I believe I ran into this issue a long time ago on a Option 61C with a M2616 phone and I'm pretty sure the line cord needed to be reversed. Or am I just getting old and losing my mind? [ponder]

I assume by "all phones" you mean Nortel M phones? Because I know all the NEC phones in my office use straight line cords.

I use the same normal cords with all my phones 500/2616/2006/3903/3904, and they are reversed.

All Nortel digital phones require a rolled line cord as far as I have known (DCE to DTE analogy I suspect)
analogue phones do not care - can get away with a straight through

If you can't buy a line cord at Wal-Mart and use it on your phone - that is not a well designed phone. That would be an NEC phone.
