We have CS1000 Rls 5 and when a M3900 set gets an incoming call and is placed on hold the call disconnects after 4 minutes. We have tested other sets and models and find that only the M3900 set is disconnecting the callers. this doesn't happen on all of the M3900 sets. I have performed a firmware download on the sets and this didn't correct the issue. Has anyone experienced this and if so is there a fix?
