M3820 Answering

It may be me being thick but I cannot get my head around it.

I have copied a 3820 set onto a new telephone, changed the DN to correspond to the user all ok, However when I ring the number the person on the end has to pick up the receiver and also hit key 0 to answer the call.

What is going on. Haven't seen this one before.

cls ira, lpk 0. answers key 0, to expand that to other key increase the lpk
