M3820 and headset issue

Hi There, can you please help with this, one M3820 (non acd) with headset (no amp) recieves a call, line key is pressed, but the caller cannot be heard. However if a call is placed from the phone everything works as normal.

Have you tried the headset on another set? Same problem?

Headsets come in two parts .... make sure that the middle connector is secure
