m3820 & headset operation

Hi there,

On a 3904 & headset the handset and headset work well with a dedicated headset button. The handset can be used as normal. However on the m3820 the handset and headset seem to be one port. When using the handset the headset is also active. Using the handset requires extra steps. To use the handset to make or receive a call you have to lift the handset and press the SCR key.

I'm assuming there isn't much you can do about this?
