M3000 directory feature

the head of my firm used an M3000 set on which he had the directory programmed. He has since moved to another office in another state and is now using an M3904. He has asked me to go to his old office and retrieve all his numbers from his M3000 set. I have no idea how to do this, and no documentation at all regarding M3000 sets. I already figured I'll have to hand-write them all, but if someone could tell me how to even get to this feature on the phone I would be much obliged. thank you.

thanks, but I needed info about the M3000 directory, which is an older model phone. I did end up manually typing in all the entries so I'm all set. Thanks again.
