M2616 Sets on CS1000E 7.6

Having an odd issue with one particularly model phone when used with a CS1000E system running version 7.6 software. I've tried everything I can think of to troubleshoot and I wonder if anyone else has had a similar issue. Basically, the displays on M2616 sets specifically do not operate quite right. Idle set display is missing on these phones, and the time is sometimes a minute or two different from other digital sets. M2008 sets work perfectly fine, as do M3900 series. The affected M2616s also occasionally have issues with one way audio. These issues seem to have started happening out of the blue.

Things I've Tried:

Moving the set to a different MG1000 on another loop, same issue.

Plugging the M2616 into a port programmed as M2008, Idle Set Display works!

Outing and Rebuilding sets, no change and CLS doesn't seem to be the issue.

Upgrading DSP loadware, didn't fix anything.

Anyone else see this before?

I know this doesn't help but I have done 2 7.6 upgrades, both on CS1000M, multi group switches, and not one issue with 2616's as you describe. Have you checked your patches in the PBX, maybe a new deplist is in order.

sorry to say but i have also upgraded to 7.6 and no issues on 2616 or any sets
