m2616 SET display loosing on Release 7.50

Good Day All,
I have a system that we just upgraded to Release 7.50
M2616 display is not working until I unplug and plug the line cord.
It works a while than it is goin foo Mode again.

Any help would be appreciated

The Question is why it happens to all phone set in the system ?

Hi,

Do you have the latest MGC firmware? I believe there was a problem like this with older MGC firmware versions.

Is your system grounded? The display 2xxx phones will pick up static electricity and go bad. The only way to clear a bad display is to, unplug and replug the phone. Just a thought
