I have an M2250 and the customer wants incoming calls to ring twice then roll to voicemail. I've programmed the AADN with the voicemail pilot DN and the calls are following the programming but not until the 4th ring. I changed the ATIM/AQTT in ATT_DATA but it has had no effect. DNIS digits are 0000 and I pointed that to the LDN (2007) in LD 49 but it still doesn't forward to voicemail until the 4th ring. Any ideas?
