M2250 provisioning

dear all
we have Nortel CS1000 rls4.5 system , a 7 M2250 consoles are connected to the system with high traffic of calls
,is there a way to put theses consoles under Provisioning so that you can see which consoles are active or inactive
i mean online provisioning . also call records of each console?., is there a third party company who provides such system?
can i initiate a daily traffic report to each console on the system ?

TM (Telephone Manager) provides Traffic and Reports along with appropriate filtering

You can run Traffic (Raw Data) and configure an SDI for output and schedule those type of reports
relating to Consoles etc to a Laptop/PC or any other external device providing reports

Have a look at LD 2 (Traffic)and do a search on this forum keyword 'Traffic'
