I have a M2250 console that intermittently can not complete the digits when dialing an outside number. The digits dialed will stop at “1-np” for long distance or “”nx” for local calls. I have changed consoles, cross connect, feeder pairs on the IDF and changed TN’s. The system produces this error code:

The system is an Option81c in release 5 Succession software. It is patched current. The TN is on a TALC card manufactured by Telstrat Corporation. According to there specifications the M2250 is supported. All calls route on Pri’s. Any suggestions ?
