Our M2250 console has a 2 spots to plug in a plug prong for the attendant's Plantronics headset, one on the left and one on the right. when training a new person, they had always just hooked up the extra headset to the right side. now it won't work. ordered a new plug prong and still doesn't work. is it programmed some way that only one plug-in might work? is there a way to configure so that only one side works at a time. before i contact our vendor, i thought i'd check first and see if it is indeed possible thru software to change this. I've attached how the switchboard console is setup in our switch. thank you.

We actually found that the 2 prong plug seems to be polarity sensitive, so if you have it turned upside down, it will not work. I'm not aware of anything in the programming of the set that would affect the headset working or not working.
