M2250 on option 11c 1

Totally out service. Just displays Diagnostic Mode no keys or key displays work Have unplugged for 15 minutes(which has been done in past),which has worked to bring back to life. With it unplugged the TN'S show busy when a status is taken. When failed no one could call in or out to the main directory number, nor could any of the did's call in or out In calls went to Call Pilot. It would appear that after the
M2250 was unplugged, the did's started to work. So does the switch need a reset or is the console no good? Looking for
a direction to procede

try this unplug the swbd, get onto the switch and get the swbd TN's then in LD 12 do a chg but do not actually change anything..

then plug the swbd back in...

Thanks for the help.Tried with existing M2250, didn't work. Put in a new M2250, which did't come up. Did the chg again without doing a chg and and the new M2250 came to life.
