Our switchboard attendant has decided they want to change their music and I have very limited experience with console programming. My questions are:
Is the same music played when a caller is put on hold, during a transfer, and when in queue during busy times on a console? I'm guessing both default MoH in FTR_DATA MUSR and ROA MURT come into play.
Can different music routes be used in the above cases other than the the default (similar to set based MoH)?
