Is there a way to make calls hunt up the loop keys instead of going into the call waiting queue. I have set the CW thresholds to 0, to no avail.

NOPE,AND WELCOME TO NORTEL. I WOULD REPLACE THE UNIT WITH A 3904 OR 2616 WITH AOM THE AOM YOU CAN CONFIGURE AS BLF

OLD ROLMEN WORKING ON NORTELS

But why do you want the calls to hunt to the other loop-keys ?
Why isn't the CW-queue ok?
Just wondering....

Lot of attendants misoperate the hold feature on a 2250 console. - this might be related to your question.

When putting a call on hold on console the Attendant would press the hold key (caller hears silence and no other calls are presented) If the attandent now hits the RLS key, calls will hear music (if assigned) and next call will e presented to next available loop key.

Believe me gang, when I was asked about this my reaction was the same...Sounds like they need a regular phone instead of a console if they don't like how the console works. You know how you get a person here and there that is either too lazy or intellectually challenged to learn something new.

I was just curious if anyone knew any tricks. I pretty much told them that the console works the way it does for a reason and if they wanted hunt keys they would have to give up the console and the features it provides.
