M2250 display only says "Active" no caller id

Our operator just notified me that the Att. Console Display screen has stopped putting up incominmg numbers.
Instead, when ever anyone calls in to our property the display sez Active. It sounds like something got switched,
but I could not tell you what it was

My first guess is that the Shift key has been pressed, but I'm not sure if it would act that way.

Now I have just been told it says "Idle" so because of my vast experience/knowledge here (har har) I would say it looks like its in some status monitor mode.
I still welcome any and all suggextions, but I will delve into this further!!!

OK! I have resolved the Issue!
In LD 15, the digit disp was switched off:

LD 21>
REQ: PRT
TYPE ATT_DATA
CUST 00
OPT AHD BIND BIXA BLA
DNX IC1 ITG [highlight #EDD400]XDP[/highlight] XLF XBL
FKA MWUD LOD
REA SYD ATDA
so I switched it :

>LD 15
CDB000
REQ: CHG
TYPE: ATT

TYPE ATT_DATA
CUST 00
OPT [highlight #EDD400]IDP[/highlight]
cr (ad nauseum)

And now it works! Only took me 2 hours to figure out how to read the Attendant Console config, find the code for the incoming call number display, change and test it. I kept looking for a TNB for the console, aka M2250, then I realized it would be different than a regular set!

so how do you turn the digit display off and on AT the console? That is prolly what happened. you know, TPEBKAC!

You can't change that IDP from the console itself. It can only be done in LD 15 from a terminal or possibly Element Manager.
