M2250 DB25 Pinouts

I am looking for the correct pinouts for the M2250 console, for the DB25. It isn't in the NTP's and the one in FAQ's isn't correct so don't suggest that I look there. Thank you.

goes as follows, tn1 tip/ring to w-bl/bl-w, tn2 w-or/or-w
the pwer tns are bridged and the tip goes to r-or/or-r, Ring goes to r-gr/gr-r

2 to 1st TN (ring)

15 to 2nd TN (tip)
3 to 2nd TN (ring)

17--5 + AUX
18--6 - AUX
