M2250 CPND TO OTHER CALLERS

I have an attendant with a m2250. When she calles other people on other TIE opt 11's the far end display showes H O. Can I change this to something else?

to change the attendants DN name use LD 95

The LDN for the m2250 is 1199. I can't put a name on this in ld 95. I have tryied to build a dummy acd and name it but can't due to LDN.

just checked the bible... adding a name to a LDN is not a supported feature on Meridian....

Hi all and Colin, I was able to figure out a work around. I whent into LD 95 and put the name on DN 0. Now the name comes up but it still showes H 0.
